4. Blood Donation

Blood donation coordination through RubiMedik is subject to partner hospital policies and eligibility requirements. RubiMedik does not guarantee blood availability and is not liable for medical outcomes related to blood transfusions.

5. Telemedicine Services

Teleconsultations are provided by independently verified specialists. RubiMedik facilitates the connection but does not provide medical services directly. Consultation fees may apply based on the specialist's terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

RubiMedik shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. We provide the service "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
